This Vertical Barre is a non-traditional format mixes Pilates, Intense Barre, Dance, and Core training. This fun, high energy class focuses on alignment, caloric expenditure, and core strength. Bio: She first began teaching group fitness at Texas A&M University. When Lisa first experienced barre, she knew it was just the right fit for her as it combined her love for high-energy, musically-driven classes with the classic training she had learned from years of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. She later became a Master Trainer for PulsePointe barre, which has since become a part of Barre Above® program. She is a certified AFAA Group Exercise instructor and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Lisa can be found teaching at the Aaron Jewish Community Center of Dallas, Cooper Fitness Center, TruFusion, Uptown Yoga, Craig Ranch Fitness.
